If expanding a directory in the FSB and the last file
in the directory is out of the screen afterwards, the
FSB should scroll until either the whole directory is
visible or the start of the fold is on the first line
Sorry if this is a dupe, but I have many bugs to post
and am too lazy to check them all for dupes
