Or even better, respect the :encoding=UTF=8: buffer-local property at the top of the
file for determining encoding.

It seems to be correct on Linux, but with windows, I can't see the umlaut in Bjorn's
name when I view the changelog from either HelpViewer or InfoViewer. |
