I can reproduce this reliably at my work machine which is a 64-bit Windows 7 Pro.
Steps:
1. Open jEdit 4.4.2.
2. Maximize the main window.
3. Minimize the main window.
4. Run a setup (or any program) that brings up Windows 7 UAC dialog (screen will blank).
5. Cancel the setup.
6. Click jEdit button on task bar.
7. jEdit crashes.
I have Java 1.6.0 with update 29 (latest as of writing) installed, both 64-bit and
32-bit. And jEdit is running using the 64-bit VM.

I can reproduce it using jEdit 4.4.2 on my machine which is a 32-bit Windows 7 Professional. I get a hs_err_pid\*.log file in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Temp. Should I post that log file somehow in here or create a separate issue? |
