(99/211) 3672 - No word break for ethiopic

Ethiopic text is not properly broken.
There should be word wrap possible after
unicode 0x1361-0x1367

As far as I know, there is a class "LineBreakIterator" (from author k_satoda) in file "DisplayTokenHandler.java". That one patches the original Java Class to prevent line breaks at quotation. However, there is up to now no possibility to provide additional line breaks, e.g. for the 0x1361 character
