At the moment, only the global action context is available to be customized via the
ShortcutOptionPane. However, there are other action contexts with shortcuts which
can not be changed, in particular all the shortcuts defined for the File System Browser.
It would be nice if the ShortcutOptionPane would have an add'l combo box to allow
the user to select and customize shortcuts from other ActionContexts.
After this, it would be possible to expose/customize keyboard shortcuts for other
dockable contexts, such as the ProjectViewer, Console and SideKick.
