1. Plugin Manager dialog: If a single plugin is selected, clicking the Help button
shows the help about the selected plugin. Clicking 'plugin options' should do the
same, i.e. open the Plugin Options dialog with the selected plugin in focus. Currently
it selects the previously-visited plugin option page.
2. Plugin options dialog: It is sometimes useful to go from an option pane of a plugin
directly to the Help of that plugin in order to understand what the options mean.
There is currently no such link - so we need to close the Plugin options dialog, open
the help, then re-open the plugin options. Not very user friendly.
