I would like to expand a indent-fold fully on click.
It would be nice to have this as option in GLOBAL OPTIONS.
Another improvement would be to be able to set the MINIMUM NUMBER OF LINES needed
to generate a fold. It does not make sense to create a fold for 2 lines.
DOCUMENTATION IMPROVEMENT:
Currently full expand of a fold implemented as CONTROL-CLICK on the triangle (hard
to find in documentation, because it is labeled as select the fold fully, which has
the full expansion as side effect).
