When I run a project/directory search for some text, if any of the files included
in the search cannot be opened because of the encoding settings, I get an error dialog
which is very frustrating, since it doesn't specify a simple way to eliminate it in
the next project/directory search.
I'd like to have an option (either a global option or a "Don't show this message again"
check-box in the error dialog) to eliminate this error dialog. Either try a permissive
loader which skips such errors in the file or ignore the file completely in directory/project
searches, so I don't get this dialog each time.
