Generating the context menu may sometimes be very time-consuming (e.g. the context
menu provided by SVN plugin in Eclipse). Please add a timeout to the dynamic context
menu service, so that a plugin that takes a long time to generate its context menu
will be ignored (for the specific context menu request) and not delay the entire context
menu.
The timeout should preferably be configurable in the options, but a sensible hard-coded
timeout is also fine.
