We could use VFSBrowser as a replacement for the JFileChooser, in places such as CommonControls
and others, if it was possible for the VFSBrowser to restrict itself to just the local
FILE:// VFS.
Perhaps we need a new API for this, such as "setRestrictToFileVFS(bool)" ?
