Hello. Quite often I need to move files on my project, and currently there is no convenient ways to do that in jEdit/ProjectViewer. I have written an patch, which does that. I tried to obey coding style. I hope, my patch would be useful for community.

Please in the future, submit patches from the sf.net web interface, while logged in
as a valid sf.net username. I don't like anonymous patches.
